We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to drive growth by partnering with organizations and introducing them to our unique Mental Fitness tools and programs.

Role Overview

The Corporate Sales Executive will focus on generating and managing relationships with HR professionals, wellness program coordinators, and corporate decision-makers. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services to organizations, helping them incorporate Mental Fitness into their well being initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Corporate Sales Development
    • Identify and build relationships with HR teams, wellness managers, and corporate buyers.
    • Present and sell Resilience Agenda’s Mental Fitness products and programs to corporate clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
    • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to encourage repeat business.
  3. Collaboration and Reporting
    • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with branding and client needs.
    • Provide regular sales performance reports and feedback to the leadership team.
  4. Promotion of Bulk and Custom Orders
    • Drive sales of bulk orders and personalized products for corporate gifting, events, and well being programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to HR teams or corporate wellness programs.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with corporate wellness trends and HR-focused solutions.
    • Understanding of Mental Fitness, well being, or related fields is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations for corporate clients.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
