Our Australian and New Zealand customers are supported by our Melbourne-based warehouse in Somerton, Victoria.

From our Australian warehouse, we use Australia Post for our shipping for the best rates, quickest delivery and best reach across Australian and New Zealand customers. For large and corporate orders, we use Toll Express couriers.

Estimated delivery times for Melbourne and Sydney metro are (usually) 2-3 days post dispatch, Regional VIC, NSW,  Brisbane and Adelaide 4-5 days, Perth 6-7 days, and for everywhere else, standard times for Australia Post deliveries. For New Zealand, shipping can take up to two weeks due to irregular and slow postal services. Delays are possible, although not common.

Please be patient before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived exactly in line with these times. Furthermore, there may be delays between placing your order and receiving a dispatch confirmation from the warehouse. These emails are generated when the postal services take possession of your order from us. Write to us if you don't receive a shipping notification after several business days.
