Our mission is to inspire and empower individuals to take a proactive, practical, and preventative approach to mental health. Through tools like the 2025 Mental Fitness Diary & Planner and upcoming online courses, we are creating resources that help people integrate Mental Fitness into their daily lives.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Consultant Psychologist to contribute to the development and delivery of our evidence-based programs, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and accessible for diverse audiences.

Role Overview

The Consultant Psychologist will play a key role in shaping Resilience Agenda’s Mental Fitness offerings, including educational content, workshops, and online courses. You will provide expert insights to ensure our materials are grounded in the latest psychological research while being practical and relatable for everyday use.

This role requires collaboration with our creative, marketing, and education teams to bring Mental Fitness concepts to life and support individuals and organizations on their journey to improved mental health and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Development
    • Collaborate on the creation of Mental Fitness courses and content for individual and corporate audiences.
    • Provide psychological insights to design engaging, actionable, and evidence-based tools and resources.
    • Ensure alignment with the Resilience Agenda’s tone, mission, and values.
  2. Educational Content Creation
    • Write and review educational materials, including blogs, course modules, and Mental Fitness tips.
    • Develop frameworks and toolkits that translate complex psychological concepts into practical actions.
  3. Workshops and Training
    • Assist in the design and delivery of interactive online workshops and webinars on topics such as resilience, mental health in the workplace, and the Mental Fitness toolkit.
    • Train team members on psychological principles and Mental Fitness strategies.
  4. Consultation and Expertise
    • Provide expert advice on psychological trends, research, and best practices to inform Resilience Agenda’s offerings.
    • Serve as a trusted resource for external stakeholders, such as corporate partners and educators.
  5. Feedback and Impact Analysis
    • Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze feedback from program participants.
    • Use data to refine and enhance program effectiveness and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, or Organizational preferred).
    • Full registration with a recognized psychological board (e.g., AHPRA, BPS).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional psychology role.
    • Expertise in resilience, positive psychology, or preventative mental health strategies.
    • Experience with developing and delivering educational programs, workshops, or digital courses is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using online tools for course development and delivery (e.g., Zoom, LMS platforms).
    • Familiarity with integrating evidence-based psychology into user-friendly content.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex psychological ideas into relatable concepts.
    • Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, creative environment.
